2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on destination.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days for most destinations. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of NexusGoods or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexusGoods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
