30-Day Return Policy
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care items (opened makeup, grooming tools)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Digital products or downloadable content
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at returns@nexusgoods.pages.dev with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive return authorization — we'll provide a return address and RMA number within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back — securely package the item and include the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refund processing — once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1-3 business days after receipt
- Refund approval: Same day as inspection pass
- Funds availability: 5-10 business days depending on payment method
